The kitchen

The tradition of Savoy is full of recipes that have been handed down over time, adapting to current tastes. Our chefs, thanks to some cookbooks printed in Nineteenth century, has re-elaborated this Royal kitchen trying to enhance its flavors and particularities.

You can sample dishes such as Horseradish and Pears flan, built according to the recipe passed down from the kitchens of the Dukes Of Genoa, the omelette of Vittorio Emanuele II (plate of which the King was very fond), the eggs “alla Bella Rosina” ,the “battuta” of beef with dried fruit, without forgetting the delicious Pasta and Meet dishes, that will impress our guests for their simplicity and for their amazing flavor.

Our Menus:

The restaurant for lunch serves two different menus, the Tourist menu (or single-pan) consisting of pasta, meat or fish, a side dish and water at € 14.00, and a Tasting menu consisting of a trio of appetizers, a Bis of pasta, meat or fish, a side dish, a trio of desserts and water at € 25.00.

For dinner the restaurant offers a Tasting menu at € 30.00 (including water).
